Friday Night is Pizza Night

Real fresh, crisp stone baked pizza to collect

Our stone floor pizza oven can cook a pizza at 450C in around 3 minutes so the result is far more authentic than can be achieved in a domestic oven.

Friday evening is pizza evening all year round - whether the Corran Ferry for vehicles is on or not we will still be making pizza

To order, take a look at our range down below (you can also “Build your own” by starting with a Margherita and adding extra toppings.)

Collect or eat in from 5pm to 8pm at the Brewery (Directions here.)

What you need to do

  1. Choose your pizzas

You can go with our suggested recipes or add toppings from the lists to a Margherita. You can swap an element from a standard recipe for a similar element (so you can swap sweetcorn for chilies, but not for salami) Vegan cheese and ham are available on request and we can provide a gluten free base if requested.

  2. Send us a message using the “Order for Friday” button at the bottom of this page. Please indicate which day you are ordering for and your preferred time (between 5pm and 8pm.) Your order will be confirmed when we reply - we may have to offer you a slightly different time depending on demand. IMPORTANT: If you are ordering after 4pm on the day, you MUST call us on 01855 632321 rather than emailing. We cannot answer emails once we have started making pizzas - people have been disappointed because of this before

  3. Please include a contact phone number in your message.

If you have any tricky queries, call us on 01855 632321

  4. Collect your meal at the confirmed time. Please pay by card if possible. To ensure freshness, your pizzas will be cooked fresh when you arrive so you will have a few minutes to wait. Served in a cardboard box with instructions on how to reheat in your own oven.

  5. Get beer while you’re here (if you’re over 18)!

Draught real ales from our range are available each day in the tent - we also have a selection of soft drinkds, cider, wines and spirits. Our bottle conditioned ales (which will keep for months) are also available - on sale during pizza service and from 10am any day. See the Ale page for tasting notes.

  6. Dine in, if you like

We have a covered shelter / beer tent in the grounds so you can grab some napkins, buy a drink from our bar and eat at the tables, kept cosy by our blazing fire pits. We don’t reserve tables, but at really busy times in the Summer there is also plenty of space on the beach

All standard pizzas are approximately 12” (30cm) in diameter (Gluten Free is 10”) so can be cut into 6 wedges for a snack

We may be able to cater for or deliver pizza (and beer) on other days for a party or other event. Call us or email us to enquire.
