Award Winning Real Ales brewed in Ardgour

We make Real Ale

Our cask ales are made using the finest malted barley, whole hop flowers from around the world, high attenuation ale yeasts and water with a perfect balance of dissolved salts. Our equipment runs on the hydro electricity produced locally. No fossil fuels, no cryo pellets, no hop oils, no centrifuging, no filtering, no nitro-kegging. Just traditional brewing skills and a fresh, wholesome product.

We make Real Bread

Our artisan bread is made using flour milled by specialists, dedicated yeast strains and salt for flavour. We add some olive oil which gives it good keeping qualities and malt from the brewing process is sprinkled on top of some loaves for a crunchy crust. No Chorleywood processing, no chemical preservatives, no food miles, no flour “improvers” no sugar. Just traditional baking skill and a natural, local staple food.
